We can OEM different size of reactors with high speed disperser or low speed anchor/paddle mixer. The reactor can be equipped with heating & cooling system, can heating and control material temperature outside of the reactor with insulating layer.

1.The PDK Electrical Heating Reactor is a fast, high-capacity dispersing reactor with a wide range of speeds and a high level of efficiency

2.Can be equipped with on-site operation box and PLC system with loading cells.

3.The product is accelerated radially by the high speed dispersing disk, deflected to the top and bottom at the tank wall and directed back to the dispersion disk through the formation of a vortex

4.Shear forces around the circumference of the toothed disk result in highly efficient dispersion, good wetting and deagglomeration

5.Equipped with electrical heating system and vacuum system, with 6pcs 4kW electrical heating bar to heat oil, inside of the reactor with pipe for connect cooling water have cooling function, outside with insulating layer.
