Planetary Mixer

The planetary mixer is specially for material with high viscosity up to 1,500,000 C.P.S.
●It is an high efficient, multi-purpose equipment integrating reaction, mixing, mixing and dispersion;
●The stirring paddle in the kettle rotates while rotating, so that the material flows up and down and around, so as to achieve the mixing effect in a very short time, there is no dead angle in the mixing process and the effect is more than ten times that of the ordinary mixer;

Powerful Three Shafts Agitator

●Powerful mixer has three motors and three different type agitators in the tank.
●One of the agitator rotates on the axis of the kettle body, and the other two mixing devices rotate at a high speed around the axis of their own.
●Bring the product to make the complex movement in the kettle, and subjected to the intense shearing and rubs together.
●The scrapper rotates around the axis in the machine kettle, scraping out the pastes from the wall and bottom, causing the effect more ideal. it can make into vacuum type.
●The tank cover can hydraulic lifting, tank is moveable and easy operate. ●The type of agitator can use multilayer blades, frame, butterfly, high shearing emulsifier, impellers etc. according to customers’ requirement based on working process and formulation.
●Power of each motors will be customized according to material viscosity.

Ribbon Mixer

●The PRM ribbon mixer comprises of U-shape container, transmission parts and spiral belt agitating blades which usually have double or triple layers with outside screw gathering the material from sides to center and inside screw transmitting the material from center to sides to form convection mix.

●Ribbon mixer has a good result in the mix of viscosity or cohesion powder and of putting liquid and mash material into the powder. The cylinder cover can be fully open so as to clean and change the device.

●Material of Ribbon Mizer can be carbon steel or stainless steel.
