Egypt Customers On-site After-sales Service

After the Middle East Egypt Coatings Exhibition, we visited new and old customers in Egypt.
Our old customer is in Alexandria and specializes in liquid fertilizers. They purchased three 3000L mixing tanks from us and we went to their factory to teach them circuit installation guidance this time. The installation of the machines and platforms were very easy for them to install successfully after the machine arrived through referring the installation manual and video we provided.
Another new customer we met at the exhibition in Cairo is a manufacturer of automotive polishing materials. After visiting and checking their factory on-site, we found that the viscosity of their materials was very high and there were high requirements for the production process. We had a meeting to discuss and know more in details, and then customize a plan of a complete high viscosity material production line for this customer.
Be honest, be responsible ! Think what customer need, worry what customer worry!
